Each of our teams across the country has huge goals, and we know you do, too! Use this day to launch into a season of record-breaking impact.
On this National Day of Giving, invite everyone you know to give to your fundraising page to help end the water crisis in our lifetimes.

Pray for the children who will drop their jerry cans because of your fundraising efforts! Pray for your potential donors and your teammates. Ask God to reveal to you what your goal should be and who you should ask for donations.

As you prep for Giving Tuesday, here are some quick pro tips to set you up for success:
• Add your picture to your fundraising page if you haven’t yet. See how here.
• Prep your donors BEFORE Tuesday, November 28.
• Ask directly/personally.
• Tell people your goal.
• Share WHY you are doing this.
• Give your fundraising page link to donate.
• Follow up on Giving Tuesday so people don’t forget.
• Use the Team World Vision-Donor Drive app to take your fundraising on the go and share your QR code.
Here's a Giving Tuesday Challenge
Beginning at 6:00am PT/8:00am CT/9:00am ET on Tuesday, November 28, we have a $400,000 live challenge. Generous friends and supporters of our WASH programs provided these funds as a challenge to Team World Vision to maximize our Giving Tuesday impact. We want it to help you take full advantage of this challenge and we want to help you participate! For every dollar you raise, Team World Vision will add a dollar to your fundraising page, up to $400,000 nationally. Use this extra boost to help you raise as much as you can on Giving Tuesday!
Team members will see their Giving Tuesday challenge funds hit their personal fundraising pages within two weeks. So, send those texts and emails, make those calls, and share the news on social media! This opportunity applies to online donations only. Challenge funds will not apply to checks (offline donations) or sponsorship credits.

Giving each donor an individual shout-out is such a great personal touchpoint, and helps others see how they can get involved. Then, be sure to update everyone after Giving Tuesday with the total amount they helped you raise. Divide that number by 50 to know how many people you were able to reach with clean water!
Remember that Giving Tuesday is a springboard to continue your season of record-breaking impact! In a few weeks, follow up with people who didn't give on Giving Tuesday.
