Your Race Weekend Guide

Friends,

What a season, huh?! Whether you find yourself coming into race weekend feeling like you’re going to have a fantastic race or if you had setbacks and won't be able to make it to the starting line, we're so proud of each of you for just saying yes. This season was never about a race. It was about you taking on a new challenge and advocating for our brothers and sisters around the world. And while we know we have still have a lot of impact left in us, we also want to say job well done!

As we run, walk, hobble, or cheer from the sidelines, our signature orange jerseys will be impossible to miss. Let's show everyone why TWV runs. Let's get to Monday, October 14th, knowing we put every last ounce of energy we had into bringing water, hope, and fullness of life!

Running with you,

Josh & Katie

What to Wear

Team World Vision Jersey

Buy your jersey ahead of time via the Team World Vision Store. Be sure to put your name across the front so people can cheer for you by name!

Check out our Gear Guide for ideas and a race day packing list! Lay out your "flat runner" so you can be sure you have everything you need (and post it when you ask for race day donations and prayers).

Dress for the Weather

The race will happen rain or shine! Be sure to have what you need for race day. It can often be chilly early in the morning, so many people choose to bring old clothes (or pick up a sweatshirt and sweatpants from Goodwill) to wear until you get to the starting line and then toss them to the side of the road when it's time to start the race. These extra clothes will be gathered up and donated.
