On my trip to the Omo River Valley in south central Ethiopia, I saw the dire need for clean water, for jobs, and for Jesus. World vision does amazing work - addressing people's physical needs and also sharing the hope of the Gospel. I'm running with Team World Vision to help provide life-changing clean water to children and communities in Africa.

Nearly 1,000 children under age 5 die every day from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and improper hygiene. But we believe the global water and sanitation crisis can be solved within our lifetimes.

$50 = clean water for 1 person

Will you invest in the future and provide clean water for 1, 2, 3, or even more people?

PS - Running has long been an important part of my own journey of following Jesus and finding healing from depression. Running is when I think, pray, release tension, enjoy nature. By running the KC marathon with WorldVision, I can use the gift of running to bless others as well.

Thanks for considering joining me.
