I am so excited to be running with Team World Vision to help find sponsors for precious children in need just like this little girl I met in Ethiopia in 2023.

Here's my story...

I have been running marathons and raising money for World Vision since 2018 when I first heard that 50% of children don't live to celebrate their 5th birthday because of deadly illnesses caused by drinking dirty, unsafe and contaminated water.  I was able to spend some time in Ethiopia in June 2023 visiting communities where World Vision is working to bring clean water and hope and life and new opportunities to children and their families. 

So much good and miraculous work has been accomplished, but there are more children who need our help.  So I am going back in 2024 to run the Comrades Marathon,  spend time in Ethiopia visiting more communities and my prayer is to help more children.
