San Antonio -- Coker/Oak Hills

2017 Global 6K for Water

DATE: Saturday, May 6th, 2017
TIME: 9 a.m.
LOCATION: Coker United Methodist Church, 231 E. North Loop Road, San Antonio, TX 78216

THIS SPRING, CHANGE A LIFE. Join us and advocates across the globe in our mission to bring clean water and fullness of life to children in communities around the world.

Walk, run, or push a stroller with us at the World Vision Global 6K for Water on May 6th, 2017. Each registration provides lasting clean water to a child and on race day, you walk/run with a picture of a child who will receive water thanks to your registration fee!

Coker UMC Pastor Adam Knight and Oak Hills Church North Central Campus Minister Rich Ronald will be there! Join them to bring life and joy to children in Africa through World Vision's Clean Water programs.  Bring your family and your neighbors!

In case your wondering "Why 6K?" Six kilometers, or 3.7 miles, is the average distance a child or woman walks twice each day in Africa to get to water. And that water isn't always clean water. By joining us, we can bring clean water to a village in Africa. Now, those children will have time each day to play, go to school, and do the things that children do!

We look forward to seeing you at Coker UMC, on the Salado Creek Trail, on East North Loop, on Saturday, May 6th! Click on the JOIN OUR TEAM button above to be a part of the fun!
