This year (December 1st - 3rd), we're headed to Texas to celebrate all of you who went big in your fundraising to help children and communities around the world. Just like our last Legacy Getaway, we've planned an exhilarating weekend full of fun, games, activities, and delicious food. We'll have the time of our lives together!

Pay 50% of your hotel stay now to secure your registration. The remaining 50% will be due November 15, 2023.

There are five rooming options for you to choose from during registration:
As rooming options are limited, availability will be subject to a first come, first served basis. All prices quoted include a two-night stay, all meals at Legacy Getaway, transportation to and from San Antonio International Airport within pick-up hours stated, activities, and all occupancy and state room taxes.
1. Single Occupancy Room - $575 total
2. Double Occupancy Room - $370 total (per person)
Two queen beds. You will be responsible for finding your own roommate if you don't already have one. Please confirm your roommate prior to registration. If you are not bringing a guest, feel free to utilize our TWV Facebook group chat to find another Legacy friend to share a room with.
3. Triple Occupancy Room - $335 total (per person)
Two queen beds. You will be responsible for finding two others to share the room. Please have the other two names ready at time of registration.
4. Quad Occupancy Room - $305 total (per person)
Two queen beds. You will be responsible for finding three others to share the room . Please have the other three names ready at time of registration.
5. Bunk Cabin - $195 total
You will have your own bunk bed and be sharing a room with up to 15 others. Bunk room buildings will be separated by gender. Shower and restroom facilities are also shared. You will be responsible for bringing your own bedding.
Arrival
If you are flying to the 2023 Legacy Getaway, we encourage everyone that needs transportation to the resort to fly into San Antonio International Airport (SAT). This is the closest airport to the resort. Please plan to arrive between 12 pm and 5 pm CT on Friday, December 1. If you require transportation from SAT, official TWV vans will be ready to pick you up outside of the terminal/baggage claim for arrivals area. Look for 15-passenger vans with the World Vision logo and folks dressed in your favorite TWV orange.
Departure
World Vision will provide shuttles to take you back to San Antonio International Airport (SAT) from T Bar M on Sunday mid-morning (after programming is over) until 2pm.
Driving
If you choose to drive to T Bar M, please meet us at the resort. Plan to arrive for an official World Vision check-in after 3 pm, and the hotel lodge room check-in starting at 5 pm CT. Parking is available and free at T Bar M if you arrive with your own vehicle.

2023 Legacy Getaway tickets are limited to the first 150 participants across the country who reached Legacy status in 2023 and/or 2022, and registration will close November 15. Each invited participant may bring along not more than one guest.
