Our group of middle school & high school students is giving our Spring Break (April 1-6) to raise $15,000 to fund a well with World Vision.  A well provides life-changing clean water for a community of 300 people in the developing world.  Will you help us provide clean water?  

EVERY $50 = clean water for 1 person for life!  

Clean water helps transform the lives of a community.  No more walking 3.5+miles (6km average distance) to collect & carry home dirty water.  Moms regain time for family and work; girls are able to go to school instead of walking for water.  Kids grow up healthy and clean because now their water doesn't make them sick (800+ children under age 5 die every day from diarrhea).  It's a new day of hope for everyone when there's finally access to clean water!

Thank you to everyone who generously donated on World Water Day (3/22), we received $3,480 in matching funds!!

Our students will be challenged each day in solidarity with those in need!

• Mon 4/1: fast for lunch, then eating only rice and beans for dinner
• Tues 4/2: drink water only and walking for any water we need (for 6km walk!
• Weds 4/3: sleep on the floor under shelters we make
• Thurs 4/4: wear the same clothes and no showers!
• Fri 4/5: reach out to others in need to show care

Additionally, our students will host a variety of fundraising & service events throughout the week in the San Ramon area.  Stay tuned for more details to join in if you live locally!
