I'm climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with Team World Vision to help find sponsors for precious children in need.
Here's my story...
In 1938 my father was left on the doorstep of a parsonage in Helena, Montana. Taken in and eventually adopted by the pastor and his wife he was an example of a child that was literally left on the margin. His life could have gone in many directions if not for the compassion of my grandparents. His childhood and development led him to a life of 40 plus years of pastoring and service. Though not a doorstep the children we are sponsoring are facing the same dilemma. If not for our compassion what will be in store for them? I am thrilled to hike Kilimanjaro in honor of my family members that have put education and children as a priority. Please help me increase sponsorship for children in Congo in need of water.
